Flange nuts are hexagonal nuts with a wide flange that spreads the nut's load over a wider surface area. This makes them excellent for applications requiring a strong clamping force while avoiding damage to the mating surface.
Its hexagonal form provides numerous sides for a secure grip, making installation and removal with sockets or wrenches simple.
