Anu-Lok Cap Head Seal Screws

Anu-Lok Cap Head Seal Screws have a cap head design for better torque control and feature a built-in sealing mechanism that is designed for holding a gas-tight seal. Made of stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance and is somewhat magnetic.

These screws utilize Anu-Lok 180 (AnuLok), a reusable nylon patch that works like a nylon nut. During installation, the nylon patch contracts to fill the gap within the threads, creating a holding mechanism that prevents the screw from detaching due to vibrations or mechanical stress.

With a hexagonal socket head, they can be easily tightened or loosened using an hexagonal wrench or key.

  • It is reusable.
  • Can tolerate temperatures ranging from -100C up to +260C.
  • They are ideal for various applications including electronics, equipment and for automotive use.
  • Please note: Clearance holes recommended for maximum sealing.
