Threaded inserts with a threaded wall replace stripped or broken threads with stronger threads, guaranteeing a stable connection. They have an inner thread that allows a bolt or screw to be inserted and firmly attached.
It is simple to install and remove, and it can help to avoid thread stripping or distortion that can occur when a screw or bolt is repeatedly inserted and released from the material. Once in position, the insert offers a secure fastening that will not move.
