Types of Full-Face Flange Protectors

Adhesive Full Face Flange Protectors

Adhesive Full Face Flange Protectors feature a peel-and-stick design for easy application. They bond securely and leave no residue. Meets ANSI B1 and ASME B16.47 requirements. They are rated at 150 lb.

Face Protectors PCR

Designed to protect the raised face of a flange from dirt, moisture, paint and sandblasting during production, handling, and transportation. Provides a snug fit for convenient protection of parts, and is easy to install and remove. The range accommodates various nominal diameters.

Bolt Hole Flange Protectors

Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit. The disc has four pre-punched holes, through which cable ties can be easily attached for a secure fit. When needed other fastening products such as retainer plugs, pins and washers can also be applied.

These protective discs provide cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface. They have a special design with multiple holes to match the flanges bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.

The extensive range covers a variety of sizes and pressure ratings. They includes options that are suitable for DIN flanges DN 10 to DN 600 - Pressure Groups PN 6, 10, 16, 15 and 40, and ANSI flanges 1/2 inch to 32 inches - Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600 and 900 pounds (lb).

Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.

  • Insert the plug through the flange protector and directly into bolt holes.
