SAE Butt Weld Covers are primarily used in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. They are a protective cap for use in 3000 and 6000 SAE PSI applications. Provides maximum protection for butt-weld ends on valves, pumps, and heat exchangers. These will not crack or chip and eliminates the need for plywood, masonite and fasteners.
Saves labour on assembly costs as they easily push-fit into place by hand. The special reverse angle design matches the butt-weld angle and completely covers or protects the end during shipping and storage.
Made from Low-Density Polyethylene (PE-LD) and two colour options are available. The Natural, translucent option is designed to protect split-flange coupling surfaces and allows for the O-ring to remain visible, while providing secure protection by an internal locking bead. The Red option is ideal for SAE flange nipple. Features a temperature range from minimum -30 degrees C up to a maximum +50 degrees C.
Socket Screw Cover Caps protect socket head screws, preventing damage caused by corrosion and the ingress of impurities. They also add aesthetical appeal. Can tolerate temperatures ranging from -40C up to +150C. Used for automotive and electrical purposes.
The Centre Pull Plug easily plugs into a threaded or non-threaded hole. Due to the tapered design, is can be used to plug multiple inner diameters. These plug offers a snug and secure fit that prevents undesired substances from entering the open tube or hole, protecting internal components and ensuring optimal performance.
The integrated centre tab is designed for quick and easy remova, by pulling the tab upwards. The plug protects against damage, dirt, moisture, and corrosion during storage and shipping.
