Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. As the self tapping screw is engaged, the bottom legs are forced outward eliminating the need for a nut. These go in a square hole that prevents rotation.
Screw On Feet, sometimes known as Enclosure Feet, are recessed for use as rubber feet on small appliances and other retail products. These Screw-On Feet are attached with a separate screw, bolt, or rivet to the assembly, and are made from anti-scratch material to help protect and maintain surfaces.
Our Rubber Feet range includes Bumper Feet made from PVC or TPE, a Big Foot range made from ABS with a flame rating of UL94 HB.
Also available are a wide range of Bolt On Rubber Feet made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and Neoprene Rubber. These Screw Feet are ideal for wooden cabinets, equipment enclosures, free-standing electrical/electronic equipment and more. TPR benefits from excellent slip resistances.
Cover Caps are used to conceal and protect exposed screw or bolt heads, while providing an attractive finish. Caps and washers are supplied separately.
Round Threaded Inserts are quick-fit inserts for tube ends and connecting pipes, designed for secure screw fixing. Provides a stable and secure mounting point for various furniture and equipment components.
Threaded Protection Plugs designed for use on NPT Threads. Safeguards threads and fittings from damage and contaminants during production, storage and shipment. Can be installed by hand or using a 12-point socket head. Designed for strength and abrasion resistance. Can withstand temperatures from -40F up to 230F (-40C to 110C).
Grommet Nuts are intended to provide a reliable and durable fastening solution. The nut features a flanged base with a central hole that fits over a grommet. It is designed to snap into a pre-punched square hole and is used with a screw to connect numerous panels. The grommet serves as reinforcement, evenly dispersing the load and preventing the nut from pushing through or harming the surrounding material.
It is simple to install and remove by simply inserting it. Once in the hole, the grommet stretches and holds the material, ensuring a snug fit without using extra equipment. They also offer exceptional resistance to vibration and loosening. Used in various applications, including HVAC, automotive, electronics, and industrial.
