Snap Latch Rivets comprise of a Plunger made from Nylon 6 and a Grommet made from Polycarbonate (PC). Together they form a Snap Latch assembly for the joining and securing of panels.
To install; simply push the grommet into the removable panel and then the desired plunger into the grommet. When the panel and plunger are pushed into the fixed panel, it locks them together. Pull on the plunger to easily remove the non-fixed panel.

This Plastic Lock Nut is a suitable alternative to the metal lock nut that is supplied with the Plastic Quarter Turn with Spring latch range.
Cams offered provides an alternative or replacement to the one delivered with our Locks. The range offer a choice of grip range, material and profile to suit many applications.
The Quarter Turn lock range is supplied with a range of accessories including lock handles. These are supplied in a polyamide material. They are suitable for all locks with a 20.2 x 22.2 fixing hole
The Locating Plates in this range are used to securely position Cam Locks when there is a potential risk of having some movements due to the nature of the application. This range cover a washer and a plate made of steel.
Flat Cable Clamps are easy to install due to their push in application feature. Ideal for holding and routing cables, wires and cords. It is used to secure flat ribbon cables in place, and prevent them from shifting or moving out of position, which can help to reduce the risk of damage or interference. It is durable and ensure longevity and resistance to wear and tear.
The range includes options with adhesive base, tension lock cover on the top of the clamp or with a releasable latch to prevent cables from sliding.
Available in 2 types. Strap cables to a panel using a push fit fixing that attaches to a 3mm panel. Type 1 has a anti-rotation fixing to hold the strap in place and prevent movement.
Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. As the self tapping screw is engaged, the bottom legs are forced outward eliminating the need for a nut. These go in a square hole that prevents rotation.
Sheet Edge Inserts provide strong threads for metal sheets that are too thin to be tapped. They are fastened to the edges of thin sheets and are a good alternative to self-clinching inserts.
To Install;
1. Install insert notch into the side of the panel opening
2. Rotate spring leg of insert toward the panel. This compresses the spring leg, allowing it to pass through the notch in the panel
3. Leg will snap back to its normal position, securing the insert into the panel.
Please Note: The internal thread requires a screwdriver for installation.
The insert can be removed after installation, by simply pinching the spring legs together and rotating.

These supports are mounted from the bottom of the chassis leaving little protrusion on the outside. They mount into a .375 x .313 square hole in the chassis to prevent rotation. It locks the PC Board in place with an edge holding arm that is releasable.
