These spring loaded push-push start/stop switches are rated at 10amp @ 600VAC with finger safe screw terminals. They meet NEMA 4, 4x, 12, 13 and IP65 when installed correctly and are also oil and watertight. UL/CSA/CE approved.

Our Open Grommet range is offered in a either Metric or Imperial fitting styles, and in a choice of materials to suit your application needs, including;

• Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) that protects wires and cables passing through panels.
• Thermoplastic Rubber that's resistant to most oils and greases, and can withstand temperatures from -40C up to 135C.
• Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which is suitable for harsh environments and has a wider temperature range.
• TPE is a very stable material, offering a long operating life.
• Heat resistant EPDM, a material used in extreme temperature environments, ranging from -40C up to 125C

Designed to mount easily on chassis with plastic SR snap rivet. Allows mounting to a range of panel thicknesses. Button head on rivet for minimal protrusion on chassis underside.

These are female standoffs that have a through hole. A self-tapping screw is used to thread the plastic which gives it a strong hold. Available for several different screw sizes in many spacer lengths.

Our range of Standoffs, which are commonly referred to as Hex Spacers or Standoff Pillars, are quick and easy to install thanks to their screw-in design. Our standoffs are available in both a non-undercut and undercut version. Non-undercut spacers offer greater stability, but require a washer for installation. Whereas undercut spacers are much quicker to install, and allow spacers to be stacked and do not require the use of a washer - making them a econonical solution. Our spacer range is also available in self-tapping types for mating with non-threaded fittings.

Our standoff spacers offering includes undercut male to female standoff made from either, nickel-plated brass, zinc-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel, which are self-tapping. Female to female hex spacers made from brass, stainless steel, nickel-plated brass or zinc-plated steel. Our quick fit fuse cover range provides a easy solution to provide the necessary insulation of circuit protection components. The soft PVC construction provides flexibility when fuse holders are not able to be assembled.

SPST rocker switches available with indicator light and all comel with an ON-OFF marking for use with any electrical application.16-amp 125VAC, 10-amp 250VAC. Installation holes are 1.1 inch by 0.54 inches. UL and CSA approved.

This range of Fuse Holder & Covers provides excellent insulation for sensitive circuit protections components. A Holder and Fuse Cover for plug offers protection for live components from damaging and unintentional contact.

Our range includes a Plug Fuse Cover and a Fuse Holder. The Holder has a window in the top, which allows for visual inspection.

This Fuse Holder Cover range has a two-piece assembly; simply insert the fuse into the Fuse Cover, lock in place with a fingertip twist and then place into the Fuse Holder.

This fuse cover range provides the best insulation of sensitive circuit protection components. The hard PVC construction will protect fragile glass fuses from impact and help provide a more robust solution.

Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. The tightened screw provides a secure lock as the legs expand and they are recommended for securing heavy PCB components.

These unique supports act as a spring. The part flexes and can provide continuous support to the PCB.

PCB card guides are used to mount circuit boards in tight spaces, such as a PCB rack. Vertical card guides support the need for vertical mounting of PCBs in your application. Available in different mounting methods and holding alternatives.

Mounting feet are used to secure PC boards onto a chassis.

These supports are mounted from the bottom of the chassis leaving little protrusion on the outside. They mount into a .375 x .313 square hole in the chassis to prevent rotation. It locks the PC Board in place with an edge holding arm that is releasable.

These PCB SUpport pillars are designed to be fixed into a key hole slot. This allows for easy removal if neccessary. They are available in either bayonet nose or two piece snap-in.

These PCB Support Pillars, also called PCB Pillar Support or simply PCB Supports, are installed to the bottom board by pushing them on to a M4 (#8) screw or stud.

The PCB Stud features teeth inside the spacer that grip on to the threads. The support pillars have a top fixing that is a locking bayonet nose.

The standard snap lock support is ideal for quick assembly in PCB stacking applications. The integrated spring allows for flexing of the top panel and is suitable for touch control panels.

These spacers have a threaded female end that is mounted securely using a screw. The top end has a locking arrowhead nose that holds the PCB in place.

PCB Card Inserters, Extractors & Ejectors are fitted to Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) to aid in the removal of the card from a restricted space. PCB Extractors and PCB Inserters, sometimes known as PCB Card Handles, are mounted directly on to the board, and provide a handle so the technician can pull the board without touching any of the circuitry.

PCB Handle Ejectors act as a lever, usuing mechanical force againsts a guide rack or chassis to move the board out. Level action PCB Handles & Ejectors aid card insertion and extraction.

These spacers have a threaded male end that is mounted securely using a hex nut. The top end has a snap lock bayonet nose that holds the PCB in place.

Our PCB mounting hardware range includes these Mounting Blocks that are made from Natural Nylon 6/6.

PCB Mounting Blocks are a useful component for the mounting of printed circuit boards and small panels, at a right angle within equipment. The nylon PCB Mounting Block is a quick and easy replacement for an aluminium PCB Bracket, and provides secure mounting.

These reverse mount supports are installed from the underside of the chassis. They have a thin buttonhead for minimal protrusion under the chassis. The top of the support, where the PCB rests comes in four options: Snap-fit, Bayonet, Arrowhead and Flat rest.
